Together, we’ll explore patterns that show up in your relationships—how you communicate, set boundaries, handle conflict, and respond to closeness or distance. I offer practical tools to manage stress and improve focus, while also helping you build more secure, fulfilling connections. I offer both individual and couples therapy.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an attachment-based approach that helps individuals and couples understand and change negative relationship patterns by strengthening emotional connection and attachment security.

Being a young adult means facing adult-sized problems without as much life experience.

I make judicious use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is considered the Gold Standard of therapeutic interventions.
